Does Hiraku Machio sleep with the villagers in Isekai Nonbiri Nouka?
Yes, he sleeps with pretty much everyone in the village. It's odd to see the anime leaving it out. Currently there are 8 episodes released in the anime and in the manga his first son has already been born at this point in the story. If you're caught up with the manga he has a bunch of wives and kids. Nothing explicit in the manga but here's a panel describing everything you need to know about their "nightly activities".
